 Glesco Electric worked with Rockford Construction on a full-store remodel at the Urbana Meijer Store 247. The project involved extensive demolition of existing electrical equipment and lighting fixtures, followed by the installation of new electrical systems throughout the store.

Glesco’s scope included installing new lighting fixtures and fire alarm systems while coordinating closely with the construction team to maintain store operations. All work was performed while the store remained open to customers, requiring careful planning, phasing, and execution. Crews worked both first and third shifts to complete the remodel efficiently while minimizing disruption to daily business and maintaining a safe environment for customers and staff.
