University of Illinois E15 Parking Garage

Glesco Electric, Inc. worked with Turner/Clayco to provide electrical construction services for the new E15 Parking Garage on the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus. The project included demolition of the original site and construction of a new parking structure designed to support modern campus transportation needs.

Glesco’s scope of work included the installation of garage lighting systems, fire alarm infrastructure, and electrical systems supporting 16 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. All electrical installations were coordinated to support safety, visibility, and efficient operation within the parking facility. The completed project enhances campus infrastructure while supporting long-term functionality and the growing demand for electric vehicle accommodations.
