VA Water Softening Plant

Glesco Electric worked with Troop Contracting on electrical improvements at the Danville VA Water Softening Plant. The project involved a combination of analysis, upgrades, and new electrical installations to support safe and reliable facility operation.

Glesco’s scope included performing an Arc Flash study, installing new electrical fixtures, and providing a new electrical service to support the plant’s operational needs. The project also included the installation of lightning protection systems to enhance facility safety and protect critical equipment. All work was completed in coordination with the project team to ensure compliance, reliability, and long-term performance in a utility-focused environment.
