Safety The safety of our workers is the most critical component to every project Glesco Electric, Inc. takes on. We take a proactive approach to creating a safe work environment by having a former OSHA staff member do unannounced site visits and reports, providing weekly training meetings on-site, hosting quarterly safety meetings, participating in random drug testing, and providing new safety training for projects that our team may be less familiar with. Safety is a collaborative effort between our employees, customers, construction managers, and office personnel. We are always looking at ways to improve conditions, equipment and policies.
